Am I correct in believing that it is actually a full Vista install DVD that can be used to install any version of Vista (depending on one's license)? When SP1 is released, download that administrative EXE file from the Microsoft download site. After you download the EXE (and I can imagine it being pretty large)

Then you'd better go check out the vista install newsgroup where people that have Vista beta installed can't install the release. .... Even HP is having troubles with Vista as well as Gateway. So the common element here is M$. Sir, the drivers on Dell's download site work just fine. That's nice.

Why not at least use AU with full prompt mode to get the list of updates it would install for you? Then you can use Custom button to get more information on each specified update including a link to a download site if you prefer doing that manually. Not only that, but the MS download site specifically has XP in the IE7 download file name. So it may not work with Vista. What are the options to fix this, if any?
